With Pre-Order, you can purchase the latest items added to our store in advance of them arriving with us.
Your Pre-Order is prioritised (at no additional charge); meaning that as soon as the product arrives with us, we can wrap it straight back up; ready for collection via Click & Collect or despatch to you — it often never even hits the stock room shelves!
With Pre-Launch, the date when we expect to receive the product ourselves is still a little too hazy to be confident in accepting Pre-Orders.
So, instead, you can submit your email address against the item you are interested in and we will email you as soon as stock arrives on the system.
Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates are given on Pre-Order and Pre-Launch products. They are for indication purposes only and can change at any time without notice.
The dates we provide are based on indications given by our suppliers. Whenever we get updated information from our suppliers we will endeavour to update the Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates provided on product pages.
90 Day No Quibble Returns
If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we will exchange or refund in full, excluding carriage, provided that the items are returned within 90 days, unused and in their original condition.
Any packaging must be unopened and any clothing must still have the original tags present and unmoved from the garment. If you return goods because they were ordered incorrectly or if clothing does not fit, then you will pay the return postage costs. If you would like us to replace the goods with another size or colour, we will charge carriage on the replacement. If you return an item because it was faulty when it was delivered, we will refund your postage costs for returning it to us. Please check with us before returning any goods, as we will only refund the basic postage charge.

Our Verdict: One of our ex-showroom Pocket Llamas bike at a bargain price. These bikes will have a few minor cosmetic blemishes but nothing more than they would receive during normal use, and still come with the full Bike Friday warranty.
The Pocket Llama is the bike in the Bike Friday range that can really handle a bit of rough and tumble. Featuring a slightly heavier but stronger frame than the new World Tourist, and wider clearances to accommodate larger tyres the Llama is perfect for those epic laden tours, or perhaps just smashing around town a little closer to home!
EX DISPLAY - What does this mean?
This is an ex-display bike. This means it's a new bike that has never had any previous owners, but has spent some time on display in our shop and may have been ridden around the block a couple of times (but never for more than a few minutes). As such there may be a few cosmetic marks on the frame or components typical of the kind of wear that any new bike will incur during normal use and storage. In other words, you get to make a big saving on the retail price by adopting a new bike which isn't quite 'box fresh' perfect, but still arrives with you fully serviced by our professional workshop and with a full manufacturers warranty intact. Winner.
