Checked, Serviced and Ready to Ride


In store collection
All bikes collected from our Bath based shop are fully built, serviced and tested by one of our Cytec qualified mechanics. During the service we'll fit all your chosen accessories and pedals (if included) so your bike ready for you to ride on collection.
In addition we offer a free of charge follow service on all bikes (if booked within 4 weeks of collection) providing you the peace of mind to know that everything is perfect as your bike beds in.

Online purchases
All bikes purchased online receive the same detailed attention and servicing procedure as bikes collected in store prior to being carefully and securely repackaged ready for delivery. Unlike many online retailers this includes fitting sealant to tubeless wheel systems where applicable so your bike is truly ready to ride. All you have to do is simply refit the pedals (if included) and reattach the handlebars to the stem and tighten ready to ride by following the simple guide included. In some cases we may be unable to fit all accessories if there is a danger they may be damaged in transit so these will be either packed carefully alongside the bike or delivered separately.
